IN 2025 DO MORE OF WHAT YOU ENJOY
Another year is about to arrive and with it all the pressure people put on themselves with new year’s resolutions to improve or be better versions of themselves. But thinking like this, you are assuming that you have something that needs fixing…and so you will constantly find yourself needing to fix it as you keep yourself in a repetitive thought pattern of “not good enough” or “wanting more”. This year may I suggest a different approach? Look at the things that you already have and already enjoy, and find ways to do more of those? And instead of using the outside world as a reference point to how you think you need to be, go inwards, and discover the place where you let go of thoughts and needs. Let the year unfold naturally, and you will find that you will too.
